Choir Competition 2002
On the year 2002 , the Taman Rimba Church Choir had joined the Parish Level Choir competition in Sandakan St.Joseph's Parish Hall where others 5 choir groups that is St.Joseph Choir Group , BMCC and also from JCC choir group . The Taman Rimba Choir Group had been practising hard for the competition and all our efforts were paid by being the winner of the Choir Competition 2002 .Practice makes perfect. But then we are not perfect yet. There are still a very long way to go. "Put Out Into The Deep " had captured the judges with the beautifuly played piano by Mr . Jessel . SJD-Telematch Day
Last year , there was a telematch organized by the Tim Pelayanan Belia Paroki Sandakan especially for the St'Marys parish youths including the outstation parish .It was held at the field of St.Marys Secondary school whereby all the youths were satisfied with the challenging and fun games.The output of this Telematch Competition is to see how to learn to be co-operate in a group without knowing that person very well.
